ASQ Section Satisfaction and Loyalty Study
All Section members should have received an email from ASQ in early January asking members to take an ASQ Section Satisfaction and Loyalty survey. The results help ASQ understand the role sections play in creating a positive member experience, and give section leaders guidance for creating opportunities focused on member needs. Please take a few minutes to complete the survey online so that your feedback may be considered.
Members completing the survey are entered in a drawing to win one of four 2009 ASQ World Conference on Quality Improvement registrations (a $925 value). The conference is May 18-20, 2009 in Minneapolis, MN. If you did not receive the email or can no longer find it, please contact Marion Bize.
