2007-2008 Business Plan Results for ASQ Dallas Section 1402

ASQ Headquarters employs an annual business planning process for Sections and Divisions. For the 2007-2008 fiscal year, Dallas ASQ Section 1402 submitted a business plan containing six goals as listed in the table below centered around the key objectives of increasing member satisfaction, loyalty and retention. We achieved five of the six goals, or 83% , and were recognized with the Total Quality Award. Our goal for 2008-2009 is to move from Silver to Gold status. With your help, this is something that we believe can easily be achieved.
