TL 9000 SIG

The TL 9000 SIG meets the first Thursday of each month.
The TL 9000 SIG’s mission is to be the local force within the telecommunications industry to improve the quality and reliability of products and services through promotion and adoption of TL 9000, best practices, and business excellence acceleration models.

Lean Six-Sigma SIG

The Lean Six-Sigma SIG meets the third Thursday of each month.
The Lean Six-Sigma SIG’s objective is to provide a forum to promote the business values of Lean Six-Sigma concepts through professional development, sharing business successes and providing problem resolution resources.

Audit SIG 

New Officers for Audit SIG

New officers were elected on May 13 for the Audit SIG. Jerry Capstick is Chair, Bob Wolford is Vice-Chair, Sandra Rodriguez is ASC-Clients, and Brad Swadley is ASC-Auditors, Steve Jessup is Secretary and Peter Stamps is Program Chair.

The Audit SIG meets the second Tuesday of each month.
The Audit SIG provides a venue for developing an understanding of various auditing skills and techniques. Speakers provide insight into audit methodologies that include subjects like preparation, evidence collection and people skills. From this participants are able to broaden their knowledge of auditing and leave with techniques that can be applied both for internal and external audits.

ISO 9000 SIG Coming Soon 

We are currently working towards starting up the ISO 9000 SIG again. Jim Hardy has volunteered to Chair this group and we are currently looking for officer volunteers.
