Formed
in October 1996. Its purpose is to promote a system of education
and training in quality audit principles, concepts and practice
to enhance the skills and competence of quality audit professionals
for the advancement of continuous quality improvements in
business, industry and the community.
The
Audit SIG provides a venue for developing an understanding
of various auditing skills and techniques. Speakers provide
insight into audit methodologies that include subjects like
preparation, evidence collection and people skills. From this
participants are able to broaden their knowledge of auditing
and leave with techniques that can be applied both for internal
and external audits. |
